Check-in is any time from 4.00pm and can sometimes be an hour earlier by prior arrangement but the Housekeepers may not have finished until 4.00pm.
Check-out is by 10.00am. The housekeeping team need to be able to start in good time to complete their schedule. Guests staying for two-night weekends do not need to depart until 8.00pm on Sunday evening.
There is a charge for a dog staying at The Garden House. Cots, high chairs, logs, basic kitchen consumables and reasonable changeover cleaning are all included.
Condiments, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, firelighters, washing-up liquid, soap, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, kitchen foil, kitchen roll and loo roll are provided. There is a coffee capsule machine that takes the original Nespresso pods – please bring you favourites. There is also a cafetiere and we give you some ground coffee.
No, you can book the pool for your exclusive use but there is no extra charge. Same for the cinema. The pool is for the use of guests at the three holiday properties and is not available for hire to anyone else.
There is a simple online booking calendar. Before your arrival, you will receive login details. To ensure fair opportunities for all guests, the calendar only allows booking 24 hours ahead.

We can provide travel cots for any of the properties, and there is a standard wooden cot that lives in bedroom three in Jack’s Barn. The cots will have a bottom sheet on, you will need to bring all additional linen.
Yes, we can provide highchairs, nappy bins, a microwave steriliser, changing mats and baby baths.
Yes, There are bins inside each property for compost, paper, tin, glass and plastic with a general waste bin and further recycling bin outside. The Housekeepers will collect the bins from inside and outside your property.
